3. Tell me a little bit about yourself...your interests, your hobbies, your favorite colors.

4. Provide your mailing address.

What's next? 

I will create a new design and send you a sample pack. Then I'll add you to the blogroll on this page. Once you receive your package, please create a blog post (using photos from my site) that links back to my home page and post this button linking to my home page for 14 days. Please be aware that I reserve the right to photograph the new design, with your name and/or initials on it, and will use the photographs on this site at my discretion.
